Contrary to popular belief the Africans were not the only people captured by the English to work on sugar plantations as slaves or indentured servants in the Caribbean.This 4 week heritage and performance workshops will explore the history of Irish and why there were taken to the Caribbean, the cultural fusion of both between the African and the Irish and the Irish African diaspora today. Each session will be led by a storyteller and guest speakers. Book now!
